There's not really a lot of places you can go, unfortunately.
But yeah, wall/PM advertisements aren't really as common or accepted as before so I wouldn't go that route. I don't know, but yeah you can do what Crazyfish said and mention it in other threads, though I'd say just stick with a few Bases that you frequent in as the people will most likely know you + you could get reported for being off-topic depending on where you go. Also stay perched for the next page of the Games Discussion Thread so you can get that top post promo.
