Because it is tho, it still got a lot of views even when it got blocked and it also got views and likes after RIR and Chile, people just don't really check it lately. I know it would have done better if it wasn't blocked like S&M but there's nothing we can do and it will take forever to get it to 100M

VEVO didn't tweet anything and I just was on vevo.com (using proxy) and it's still not at 100M even tho some twitter fan sites are saying it's already certified
