As a whole album Memoirs... is better than E=MC2 & The Emancipation Of Mimi. For me MOAIA is the best album that Mimi released this decade.

TEOM came close tho.
E=MC2 is just like a single collection. TEOM is obviously lack of consistency but it sounds fresh and some tracks are really spectacular.
