Well I didn't want to question complaints, personally. No one told you to feed into and read the rumors all these past months. Had it not been for all of that, this would be somewhat a huge surprise. I know reading a Britney rumor is inevitable as a fan, but hey it's what you get.
The 10 year career thing, I'm sure they know her decade mark was last year, but this could signify the beginning of the next 10 years as well. I've already told you the song will obviously be hot and have an amazing video, as that has been done before. And for your final random complaint, the original date was Sept. 21st so this Sept. 29th is considered a pushback (if the 9/21 were real). Also "Womanizer" had a reason to be pushed back a week. If "3" magically has to also be re-worked last minute then you'll get your dreadful wish and complain some more.
Anyways. I don't own any physical Britney singles (hardly own 4 overall physical singles). Only her albums and I'm sure a number of fans don't own her singles either so this is a big gift for that group.
The people who want this aren't blind. We are happy we're getting new music and such awesome exclusive things.
i hope she doesn't tour this album 
They are never happy, so annoying. I think there's no fans like me, that are always happy with what she brings. Those stans are like "OMG ONLY?" "OMG GREATEST HITS?" "OMG..." "OMG..."
