Of course they are not the same.
But if you want her to use a vocal producer than you imply the vocals she provides need improvement.
I think she's fantastic as her own vocal producer. She's not writing as much anymore, I'm glad she retains full control of her most important instrument. It'd be like requesting that Miles Davis to get someone to tell him how to use his trumpet.
Perhaps you meant she should just change her vocal style, but BEYONCÉ showed a significant change in the way she sang from 4, and since then the Crazy in Love remix and Runnin' both show a different vocal style from her.
