Rude. For me the option to switch to mobile layout is at the bottom of the page. I use Chrome tho, so it may be different. Or it could be completely unrelated to layouts and is a virus from one of your **** sites.

Normal members are not able send admins notifications. The moderators have a special filter we can use to do so.
