its def gaga. iris even said why his wife would to that to him (mr march), so she has the fortune, the hotel, etc and now she owns the hotel. they didnt show her face because we will get more flashbacks later from her point of view, probably.
like when she kidnaps holden, that wasn't shown yet too and still everyone knows it was her
