Obviously not enough to give her more interesting material. Lbr all she did so far was roam around the hotel and deliver exposition.

I know I will be dragged, but really, Gaga is not a bad actress, and she has the charisma, but her delivery is so...meh, almost robotic? I mean it's understandable, but I don't know, she has a big role :/, I mean, I hope she will improve.
Besides that, the characters are cool, all of them, good design except Donovan (sorry, he makes me cringe), but those two episodes were soo slow, I want more action.

AHS has always been a dialogue/character driven show with minimal action. Idk what y'all expect

Iris is her best character on AHS, tho
Also why did they let Helena live last episode only for her to die in the first minute in this one?

If you were talking about the first episode, I would agree with you, but last night she delivered her lines naturally and still maintained the presence of an enigma. She's not supposed to be full of personality right off the bat.

Just watched it. It's SO much better and captivating than the first episode 
Gaga improved so much and slayed me, plus she looked so beautiful

I think even if you are a bad actor in AHS they usually do a good job of making it look seemingly natural.
