It really depends on the fan. Some fans love it and other fans hate it. It is in my personal bottom 3 of her albums, but a lot of people here love it. I also think it was her first genuine misstep in her career and I don't think she ever completely recovered from it.

MDNA is probably the closest thing she has to a definitive "worst album", but it has defenders too.

I'm not a huge Madonna buff but I remember it being the first era of hers that really captivated me.
