His voice was MUCH stronger back in 2009-2010. You could tell he was starting to lose his voice in the Believe Tour hence he started lipping a big chunk of the setlist.
He has a nice tone but at the end of the day he's now Britney/Selena level considering how males have naturally stronger/more steady voices than females.
