i just noticed that the children seem to "only go out" from the white room at 2:25AM (or around that time).

I rewatched the pilot and i reallydont know where it will go. I am kind of sceptical, though. I can see the season becoming a bit repetive and i hope some random people will move into the hotel, because the empty atmosphere and trapped feel i get, makes it a bit hard to watch

Yep, it doesn't feel like a hotel yet. The emptiness would have made sense if it was some small hotel in a remote area but HC seems like it's big and it's located in a busy street.

Judging by the teaser, and the fact there's a list for whatever reason, it seems there will be more people next episode.
