Not really, but it would be silly to just compare their sales when album sales in 1999 were so much higher than in 2011

However when you look at the chart performance, BOMT was obviously much more successful

Just like Unbreakable is performing better chartwise than Brinty Jean so far

Album sales were different in 1999 and 2011. They were also different in 2013 and 2015, hence why it's supposedly "unfair" to compare Unbreakable and Britney Jean. Comparing positions solely by themselves apparently is fair as long as it benefits slobro's fave.

So I guess that means Femme Fatale and 21 both had the same amount of success. They both debuted at #1 in the same year, and Adele's album only debuted with like 30K more, so it's only fair.

britney always lived in a house which isn't guaranteed for those that shade her and Madonna's influence helped more than janet's and Britney still managed to carve out her own niche and do what you are supposed to with homage: take from the best and make it your own.

The 6th best selling female artist of all time and higher ranked females win.
now I just listed a stat: Janet, Madonna and Britney...two of these names are ranked 6th or higher
