And she conveniently stopped that marketing angle in favour of radio-friendly songs (her words not mine) after it didn't do as well as she expected. Her power over the guillible is truly impressive though, I'll give her that. Shame most people are starting to see through it (see: her constant decline post-2009)
Katy's a way better singer than Nick, let's be real. Nick is probably the worst singer in pop music today. Selena has a pleasant tone at least. Jason sounds good in the studio.

Nick is a terrible singer. Don't get fooled because men naturally have a more stable singing voice. Lower Firework's key and give it to him, and he won't make it through the first verse of the pre-chorus let alone the chorus. Stop the sexism

Jk. Katy and Nick can both sing. Neither may be a great vocalist like Fad or BruNo, but they can both sing well and enough to be labelled a singer. Selegend and Jason both just cannot sing, like whatsoever, like Godney. They shouldn't even be given the title of singer.
