I don't get the appeal for Perfect tho, one of the worst songs for me tbh
it's what comes the closest to GFY, sound-wise. People were wanting this from the album
She sounds grown up, sexy and emotional. Easily one of the best tracks
Judging by what some people are saying. They just dont like Selena or have Not heard the album. What artists is she collecting songs from? 0_0 And the production,lyrics & voice is million time better than Stars Dance.
If she released another SD they wouldve said she releases meaningless bops & has no creativity.
The fact that they dont talk about the songs......... they havent heard it.
Sober, Camouflage, Revival, Kill Em With Kindness, Rise to be compared with Stars Dance songs is just WTF.
To say SD bonus tracks are better than these........ is just literally crazy.

Loco sounds similar to Undercover at some parts ("it's out of my hands"), that's like the only song on this album that can be compared to SD imo.
Perfect is just something else. An ethereal bop.
Start to finish I love the entire album, not one song I don't like though Cologne is probably my least fav it's still not bad. The production of the album is flawless.
Of course is going to feel mixed feelings about this album. Obviously. I am still in the first half and I can say that this is Selena's riskier work. It is not dance pop like the previous 'Stars Dance'. It has way too much more influences, it is way more interesting and makes you wanna listen to it more to understand it.
I swear you can't please atrl it's either "omg this is so generic it sucks" or it's not a generic instant bop and "it sucks"
