I must say - Kesha is not completely forgotten yet. I think we all get a bit down in the dumps, like "Timber" still pops up in the clubs and on the radio every so often. She's probably doing better than Gaga still tbh.

Honestly, I agree completely. I heard Timber on the radio a few hours ago actually. I love Gaga but her relevance is so over exaggerated on ATRL. It's almost like, "omg Gaga coughed, the industry loves her again, her next era will smash". I hope I'm wrong but I'm getting like Britney/Christina fan teas with the constant "she's gonna have a huge comeback" that everyone else knows ain't coming.

I reckon the difference between Kesha and Gaga is that Kesha's situation is now known by a lot of the GP so she has that growing support which may play out in her favour when she releases new music. As well as that a lot more people now know that she has way more to offer than A+C/W.

I'm sorry but I don't agree. I believe Gaga to be a stronger public figure with a stronger social presence. Kesha's situation doesn't appear to be very known among the GP really. Gaga's "reinvention" / Jazz album, glamour looks etc. has received more attention from the media than Kesha's aspirations to have a cleaner image and new sound ever have.

But I'm hopeful that in time, everyone will see the light.
