Originally, she was gonna do, I think, a couple episodes and then I called her back and she loved the part so much that she said ' I'll do 8 episodes' and then the next think I know she said 'I'm gonna do the whole season'

Seems like he basically confirms she'll do more than 8 episodes. Doesn't that mean they had to re-write her parts if she indeed decided to do the whole thing? Or maybe they added her in some episodes, I guess.

We'll see how it turns out.

It sounds to me like they added her in. Makes sense, she's one of the biggest Hotel draws for people. A LOT of people are excited to see how good her acting is

Well it was confirmed in August that she'll be in 8 episodes when they were filming first episodes of Hotel, we don't know when she decided to do the whole season. She's in all first 6 episodes, I think, and it would leave only 2 episodes with Gaga.
And if her storyline was really going to be spread across the season they probably won't change her character's ending.
