I spoke with someone involved in this show's production and as far as he knows, it has 13 episodes. The original plan was 15 episodes and that's why the IMBD page says so, but it's now 13 episodes long. He also said that the title sequence with the You Belong To Me song will debut on episode 5.

Yep Episode 1 and 2 count as 2 even tho they were aired together.
