I'm going to be fair here and say that Meganium can beat Feraligatr 1v1. Giga Drain 2HKOs even without any SpA investment, and Feraligatr needs to carry Ice Punch in order to even have a chance of 2HKOing Meganium. Granted, though Ice Punch does do a lot to specially defensive sets, so I'd say that Meganium wins if it's physically defensive, and it loses if it's specially defensive.

Not that it matters since Feraligatr is UU, and there's no reason to use Meganium in that tier when you could be using Shaymin. Or Roserade. Or Tangrowth. Or Chesnaught. Or Amoonguss.
