Perhaps uploading the audio to Soundcloud, YouTube, any type of online service like that, rather than including a download link.
I understand that it's part of the creative process for some people, and including vocals and instrumentals with submissions is definitely fine. Just know that PH runs to a schedule where you'll usually have 5 days to write lyrics for a song, there'll be no exceptions if you wish to go over and above with recording and producing.
I don't want people thinking they
have to record their songs over beats, that's totally optional and it won't be assessed. You'll still have to include your written lyrics with your entry and your lyrics are the only thing that will be critiqued by the judges.
