Or...we could just find the song appealing considering our PERSONAL tastes. The chorus is addicting and gets stuck in your head. That's a key component to a hit song. But thanks for your insightful commentary.
This slays. I could tell by the opening chords that it was going to be good before she even started to sing.
Love both versions but I'm sort of leaning towards the solo version more for now. I like that it's not a full on upbeat pop song. She managed to blend in the urban well enough to still sound like "Tinashe". good for her
The verses are life not sure how I feel about the uptempo parts tho.
Is it any appealing for the Urban radio? Even with Chris Brown.. I think it is a bit too fast for Urban.
I hope it does great on Pop, its a very catchy song!
This doesn't sound like something that'd play on Urban, even with Chris Brown imo. I mean it might get some plays, but I don't see it becoming a hit on that format.
Hopefully Pop picks this up at the very least. I really need a hot Vegas night-time video with tons of flashing lights and good live performances. She can force this down pop-radio's throat if she really wants.
So generic and uninspired, it's even worse than Party Favors
Chris is lowkey the highlight of the track.
Both the new songs are way worse than anything on Aquarius. I hope on the album there will be some tracks on the same level of the material on her debut and on her mixtapes and only few of these "commercial" tracks.
