What on earth are you talking about? The post count updates everywhere sitewide in real-time. If I were to send you a PM and then make twenty posts, the post count listed in the message would be my current post count.

Explain sistren
The timestamp in the bottom corner is the time the message was sent. The timestamp in the top right is the current time (or the time the page was last loaded). Duh.
Now we just need 40,000 views to become # 1
