Are you guys really praising Valor?...she has done a much better job at performing Diamonds and Stay in the past. I'm not worried about her performing those songs for RIR or the Monster she almost always performs those songs well. I'm worried about Only Girl/Disturbia/Rude Boy tbh...I love all 3 songs but LORD she does a terrible job performing those 3! She actually sounds good singing Rude Boy but the energy is pathetic tbh! The fact that she sits down while singing that song lmao

Valor was just all the way perfect. Her fashion, her energy, her presence, her vocals. It's rare that all of those things align

But this is really bad TBH. Even when she was on brake people used to talk about her and even when I went shops, gym, clubs etc etc her songs used to still play but ever sines BBHM drop they've stopped. I can't remember when was the last time i heard her song playing somewhere.

I can't @ her taking so many years to make a name of herself after so much hard work and it's taking her weeks to drop it all off.

She was never on break since 2005. She is on music break the last 2 years, so it's more than obvious that she won't be as talked about as she was when she was active. She isn't even active on the social media. You can't be talked about while you do nothing. I don't even consider FFS and BBHMM moves that would lead to the new era. The one was for the scrapped tour with Kanye and the other one was for promoting clothes/socks/shoes. They were business moves, not music moves. I still believe that the new era hasn't started yet.

It truly is a classic, I still love it. Probably my favourite Rihanna single ever.

also for the love of god, take Only Girl off the setlist and all the urban/ratchet tracks.. she truly sounds abysmal on those live.

The funny thing is she skips the chorus of Only Girl yet even on the verses shes pitchy and off key despite the song being in such a low key. She used to perform it pretty good back in 2010-2011 but 2012-present she just cannot sing that song anymore. Also I HATE how shes been performing Umbrella lately.
