I'm personally hoping Sia and Adele do a duet for this at the Grammys. Adele will likely be there and performing anyways.

For a radio edit they should remove the a capella chorus in the bridge and just go right into the last chorus with all the production.

Her voice cracks are either really loved or really hated but I personally think they give so much flavor and emotion to her songs. She's so good at making killer choruses.
