But no, she won't. Katy is currently on her way out as proven by the lackluster sales of PRISM, the last two singles from the album flopping, the media ignoring her, people ignoring her, award shows ignoring her. As of right now, all she has is touring (which she still lacks when it comes to Gaga). Gaga on the other hand has proven her longevity after winning her sixth Grammy seven years into her career and this year being one of her best since, like, 2010. Unless Katy goes through a massive image overhaul like Gaga is doing right now, which she won't since her label won't let her, she won't last much longer. She's a singles artist without impact and those kinds of artists are hot for a little while but are ultimately forgotten.
Plus album sales are falling every year so Katy will need three or four more albums to reach where Gaga is now.

Yes, if the receipts in the OP are anything to go by.
The conversion rate for Streams seems a bit inconsistent for both. I mean the receipts are saying that Katy's stream equivalent albums are 6.4M and Gaga's are 4M but there is not a 1.6:1 ratio of Katy's streams to Gaga's streams; their ratio is above 2.1:1, if I've done my maths right.
Nonetheless, I think that Katy will surpass Gaga in TEA/SEA after 3 more releases by both. Katy's next 3 eras would need to sell about 3M albums more, 25M single more, and be streamed maybe 4B more times.
Katy will most likely not outsell Gaga in pure sales though, unless she Confessions on A Dancefloor next era or something

2. "It brings more money than quick lil singles" but Katy just earned more than Gaga at her peak
