Everyone assumed it was going to be an instant grat pre-order track, and when it wasn't, a lot of people were upset. I think that's where a lot of the hype comes from.

I'm still debating on pre-ordering/digital buying the album or ordering the physical CD from their site.
PSA: I've never downloaded an album from iTunes before, I still to this day prefer physical CD's
