Grace's mother died when she was two, though. That could of course be a calculated fabrication, and I guess that's actually the pretty likely theory, but I'm not sure how I feel about it. Either way, I don't feel that the identity of the baby is entirely consequential - I feel like it's a distraction. If it's Grace, which would be one of the only justifications for opening the show with the birth, then it's just a cute little "oh she was meant to redeem Kappa all along!" sort of thing. However, the opening of the show and the significance of that party can also be revealed to be unrelated - something even more significant than the birth and dead mother might have happened that night.

Here is my predictions:

I can't get the scene of #5 freaking out on Boone out of my head. Something is up with #5, I'm sure.

Chanel is the baby. It'll be set up to be Grace, but it'll be Chanel.

Hester is going to be made into a Chanel (confirmed) and pull a Heather Duke and try to be HBIC

It makes me think the baby is really important, why would they talk about revenge then?

I know the baby is probably not Boone, but he's definitely working with him, maybe the baby is Chanel #5 and that's why she pretended to "hate" Boone to make it less obvious

I just finished watching the first episodes and it wasn't really that interesting except for the good ol' gimmick of "who is X?"

and I don't know who plays Chad but he looks way too old.

To each their own, but I find almost all of the entertainment to actually be in the general humor.

I just watched this today and it was so good. I hope the rest of the season continues to slay instead of a steep decline like Freakshow and Coven. I am HOOKED and live for all of the Chanels besides Chanel #5, she's a biT annoying. Also Boone is such a thirst trap and I'm living for it.
