Honestly though, I can't be mad at Steve. He deserved to win for some other stuff too and was definitely a better person to win than Liz. I feel like if I were in that house, I would've played really similarly to Steve, and some people here could agree that they'd be like Steve too.
This! I'm so conflicted. Vanessa's biggest weakness was underestimating Steve.
At least BBCan had Sarah I thought she played such a good game when she won though but now compared to Vanessa it seems so underwhelming. I need these shows to cast a female like her again

I honestly feel like she was slightly underestimating but knew that it was coming. Like you could tell from her face that she kinda knew it was coming, but Liz...had no clue
MESS at (many of) you guys thinking that IT was a "deserving winner." It did NOTHING for 80% of the season, and its biggest moments were its one sided feud with Becky and ACCIDENTALLY EVICTING JACKIE.

Just when I thought we were finally going to be served a great season with a great winner, this happens.
I guess S12 STILL remains the last truly great season.
I like her and all, but Sarah was most definitely the strategist of the group, especially after the fact that she somehow got Godfrey to take her to the end. I still have zero clue why Godfrey chose Sarah tbh
We may hate the representations of others on the human run television but we must also remember that we are indeed human. We may like one person and dislike the other but we must all remember that it all comes down to our mind that associates positive and negative ideas with the people portrayed to us. All humans in the human race make dumb mistakes and some do more than others but that is okay. It is not right however to judge the people that make more mistakes as judging others shows poor character and associates your mind with negativity which in turn makes us not human but monsters. Humans are merely a small glimmer (much like stars) in the vast space of time. Stars come to be by being birthed and end with death, just like humans. Stars in space don't have feelings and yet have a life span just like us. We must remember as humans not to let negativity engulf our mind for of course we end up turning into monsters. This is not a discussion of God vs Satan but merely of good vs bad, a battle that has taken place ever since humans came to be. On this earth we make our choices good and bad and in the end we disappear. What you should take from this is don't spend your life on earth showing hate towards others as this wastes your precious and valuable time. I'm going to leave this here for all of you who show pettiness on here and on Twitter and who let hate run your mind. Congratulations Steve

Yeah, but Jackie was never truly an accident though. He couldn't get rid of Johnny Mac's other closest ally because that would alienate Johnny Mac from him. Jackie was one of the only people who he really wasn't aligned with at all, so it gave him an eviction with the least blood on his hands

BBCan3 had Sarah but at the same time she basically has the Rachel asterisk next to her for me because of the ridiculous twists and producer involvement. I loved Sarah but I mean I respect Jon and Jillian's wins a lot more

Britnee would have been an underwhelming winner. I could never fully root for her because while she won comps and made some huge moves, there wasn't much strategy or fight in her game.
Steve played a smart game and was able to back it up with his multiple challenge wins. He was one of the best players in the house, despite what y'all think. He deserved to win, maybe not as much as Vanessa, but he did deserve it.
