She looks like damm mess but as long as students' hair/clothes don't have any impact on their education and don't break social norms/laws, schools shouldn't have any say on what their students wear. Parents should be deciding what is acceptable for their children to wear to school. It was annoying af when I couldn't have any make-up in the middle school because of the dress code. One teacher even had problem with my side bangs.
