Jessica Lange is one of the most respected actresses rn (won Oscars & multiple acting awards), meanwhile we have seen Gaga's acting in other roles and it has been very bad to say the least.

I mean, I'm rooting for Gaga but it's obvious that Jessica >>> Gaga as an actress.

Idk but the first episode concentrates on the Diner and the second on Darren Criss pissing off Kathy, because he abuses the room service? Maybe that's why the second part is called Room Service. But idk, I've read that somewhere.
