Nicki is still trying to collect back the fans that abandoned her due to starships and slightly superbass (although she did manage to hold on them during that pop rap explosion)

Fancy thus far will be the crossover rap song of the decade. #1 on pop, rhythmic, urban, hot 100, digital, streams etc. But there's still 2016-2020 for someone else to come swoop down and take it but i'm sure it'll be a male if so.

It'll be interesting to see that the top 3 rap songs of this decade as far as impact and sales are:

Macklemore's Thrfit shop
Iggy's Fancy

Btw Super Bass charted the urban charts before the chart chnage in 2013 that added pop point to the genre charts which is the only reason why Fancy and Wack Widow even charted the Rap charts

I know Aatthew used that from one of those estimate articles but had she really sold 2.1M her team wouldn't waste the opportunity to certify her debut album 2x platinum and boast about surpassing missy as the top selling solo rap album of all time.

The reality is that Nicki started off stronger than Drake and got worse over time.
Drake still had strong numbers and continues to do well and get more respect and acclaim and didn't have to sell out and become a caricature and still continue to be overpromoted and underperformed.

Drake ha impact, influence and success in the rap game >>> anyone going on their 2nd time in a row releasing 8 songs or more and failing to achieve 1M in sales or even 750k in sales when other artists can get amazing streams and sell over 750k in the states.
