My guess: Gaga and Matt kidnap kids and raise the kids in the basement.
The Countess infects the kids with the ancient virus, so they also become vampires.
Matt and her feed them blood of the customers everyone of the Hotel employees kills.
(Literally everybody* that works there seems to be bad and kill people)
In the trailer you can see them pushing someone/something down the laundy chute,
maybe that's one way to get the corpes into the basement.
Gags and Matt profit from them. Maybe they take their energy so The Countess can stay young? We'll see.
*Liz Taylor is not known to be a villain. Maybe he's good.
Also one of the promos showed a drag getting killed by someone with a glove.
Maybe Liz wants to expose everything and gets killed by Matt or Gags.
Also I wonder who these men were in the Above & Below trailer.
I don't think they would randomly use dancers in a promo.
