Nope. my point is not wrong.
Arden was doing some experiments and THAT"S about it. Nothing that could possibly affect Lana Winter's storyline. Kit Walker's storyline. Sister Jude's storyline and so on.

The story of him and sister jude was also irrelevant, was just a nice addition to Sister Jude's storyline.
And in the end where they went against Sister Jude, which was mostly Sister Mary Eunice's doings and she would've done it with or without Arden
Gaga's character, again, touches almost all of the others storylines and on top of that owns the building that the main events are going to take place in.
Not saying she'll be the most important, she is NOT going to be as irrelevant as Dr Arden / the Pope (and I am not saying they were irrelevant, I am saying that in comparison to Gaga's character, they will be less important, period.)
