is it ok that i only wash my hands twice a day? i didnt even know that it was normal to wash your hands... school didnt tell me that, my parents didnt tell me that... i only do it twice a day because i brush my teeth twice a day but i dont have a toothbrush so there's always blue on my hands by the time im done and i have to wash it off but it feels so weird which is why i dont do it more often. idk
