I do hope they pull a dandy with her where she's in and out of episodes/not in only the first 8 episodes.

Edit: good point about the detective, but it'd be a mess if her name was used overtly in this manner to be a minor/recurring.

Like, not even trying to troll or start **** here, but that's obvious. But that doesn't mean she's less important.

I don't think it's fair to say she's THE main character when Ryan Murphy said this season is an ensemble cast, but it's obvious that they're going to milk her name for promotion considering she's arguably the largest star in the show.

i'm pretty sure it was confirmed that Gaga was NOT the lead but wasn't a small role either. I guess the closest example I could find would be Misty Day, in a way?

8/13 is concerning because the minimum for main characters is usually 10. Larry Harvey (8), Gloria Mott (8) & Dell Toledo (9) have been the only exceptions.

But she's got other obligations other than the show, so it's understandable.

Also a point I've been trying to make.

Ryan said this year it's an ensemble cast, and compared it to Murder House, which is something I've been requesting and needing for eons. I was so happy when he said that.

Gaga is going to die/dissapear in episode 10 at the earliest.

Halloween episodes with Lily Rabe (who I believe and hope will get a lot of screen time/attention), Murder House episode etc.

Gaga's character is going to remain important and big, desipte being in only 8 episodes. MH and Halloween are not centered around the Hotel, so Gaga doesn't have to be in those and that leaves 2 other episodes that are probably going to be after her death..

And she is not the lead character no one is.

And in Asylum noone was lead. Lana was not lead and neither was Sister Jude. Same for Murder House.

However some characters are more important than others and I am pretty sure Gaga is top 5 most important characters of the season, I mean she owns the Hotel, that alone

That makes sense. I think it's fair honestly. I want to see other cast members have more time honestly. Especially if they're truly going for an ensemble cast which could be great, or even messier than Sleep Show.

Y'all don't need to worry about Gaga being unimportant.

She will be important. She's in the main cast.

But she won't be any more important than Sarah, Kathy, Matt, Wes, Chloe, etc., and that's all.
