I only turned off javascript visiting the site every now and then because its very inconvenient but I guess at this point I have to have it off 10/10 times I visit this site or just stop visiting at all

All you can do is hang on tight. Not much anyone can do except for the staff to report it to the ad provider. And I recall there's a mobile browser that has ad block featured in it.

I've been using this browser for 2 months. It completely blocks any redirections on ATRL. I've been redirect free since. I use it when I browse ATRL on mobile. You don't have to turn off Javascript and mess with other sites either.

I almost forgot ATRL had redirects on mobile since it's been so smooth.

BINGO. Found it. Hopefully this helps some of you.
