honey Gaga's Born This Way opened with 2m WW and sold 8m in 8 months but it's wasn't her most successful era and the one that came after, well we all know how that ended .... same with AHS if anything could be learned from this is that previous' season success indicates the next one basically if it wasn't for the first 3 seasons no one would have watched FS and the general response of the season was below avarage (even with those ratings) Hotel could perform very well or be worse than FS

Then be happy, that means Hotel will be the most successful season, since Freakshow was the most successful one so far. 4 successful seasons in a row, following your logic, should lead us to another one.
Last year AHS got some poor reviews from fans, but it was still a hugely successful season in terms of awards nominations and ratings. If this year is a success, it's just because the show is big right now.. Not because of any particular actor/actress.
Love ya gags, but she isn't "saving" anything.
BTW - Saw a movie yesterday and the trailer aired before. Slay for that promo.
Putting Gaga's name in the title of the teaser was way too much. They need to simmer down with milking her because she's going to be held responsible if this season flops.

she's going to be accused either way so why not milk the cow?

But it won't flop. It won't get worse ratings than season 1. It'll do similar to
season 2 or 3 if anything. Maybe it'll even tie season 4 for the highest
rated season in FX history.

All this hype they are going to drag it anyways. You know they hate whats popular.
If Hotel's average is lower than 2.6M viewers per episode (which is the lowest average the show got (Asylum)), then you'll be able to call it a flop if you wish.
