No. Crazy in Love has 30 or so million more views than Toxic and she performed it at the Super Bowl and had it featured in a high profile movie. It simply had more exposure in the streaming era than Toxic. Toxic depends only on its own legacy and the fact that they're close says it all really.

I mean they were uploaded @ the same time & If BOMT video was as iconic & remembered as ya'll are trying to make it, it would have more than 200M + Views. & Vevo came out after the SL vid. Stay angry about it.
