The YouTube comments went in on Gaga! Which I totally understand, but what they don't understand is
The show would've been finished after Freak Show had Gaga not arrived, and when I say finished I don't mean cancelled, the hype, the online presence would begin to wither away, and the fact that news broke Jessica Lange left the series, Ryan's interest, time and effort into the show would have become bare minimal. It would've had no pulling power, but 5 seasons deep and Ryan actually did something genius in my opinion by bringing Gaga. And this is seemingly becoming the most hyped season yet.
If you disagree, I couldn't see what would possibly bring anybody back after the messy Freak Show, and the loss of Jessica Lange, other then bringing something entirely new and exciting. The original cast wouldn't hold up on it's own, maybe Kathy and Angela, but we would still feel the major loss.
Along with that, it'll probably receive the most criticism from "original fans", not all, because I am one. But it will also bring in a lot of new fans thanks to Gaga's monsters, so hopefully it'll balance out.
I'm just going to focus on the show from this point on, and that includes Gaga. No comment should be frowned upon, unless their is the utmost blind delusion, which I think we can all tell the difference, and we get the point already. Like there are monsters who are annoying and praise everything Gaga does in a deluded way (someone is probably going to drag me, and say I am one but w/e), move on and focus on the show. It's really know different from someone disagreeing with your favorite season etc, everybody will have their own opinions, and so what, let it be.

It got me so excited even tho I barely cared about her in previous seasons. But still her characters were vile and she played them very well. I'm glad that she's in the main cast and looks like that poster with the drag in a mattress was real
