One of the devs hinted at a game based on a "Magic University" and I'm hoping. EA also teased a Castaway sequel.
I'd be here for an Utbz 2 for PC. But it flopped badly, and even EA make a joke about the Urbz flopping in the Sims 2. Sims will find a copy of Urbz underground (referencing the buried ET games which no one bought) and your Sim will throw it back

Mess, they were ruthless with that tbh, Urbz deserved better.
Magic university sounds quite cute, giving me Hogwarts teas.
Here are some of my favourite Sims I created . I'll keep it to short because I have full Bio's for all of them
Iris Addison and Daniel Valley used to date, but Daniel now dates Cedar Tyne. Iris Addison is now Gabby's flatmate. Park Hyuk-Joon and Park Tae-Joon are twins, Lizzy is their Sister. They all live at home with their parents.
L'Xui and El'Yie are an alien couple that have grown to love the planet Earth.

The Sims 3 should really not burn graphics cards but it's so poorly optimized even without mods and CC people complain it's fried their PC.
It's due to the fact the game constantly pushes your card to the max, instead of setting a limit (like most games including 4). So The Sims 3 will try to run at the highest frame rate your card can handle, which long term fries it.
The Sims 3 is only built for 30fps, so the fact the game just doesn't cap there is ridiculous. You could have it run at 300fps and barely notice a difference since the animations are 30fps. The Sims 3 just overpowers PC's, even though the extra 3/4 worth of power doesn't change anything. The best bet is to set a frame limiter using your card's drivers/program.
And the hilarious part is, the fact the Sims 3 is constantly pushing your PC to its limits, is why the game mostly runs poorly in the first place. All the devs needed to do was cap the game, and not only would you not notice a difference to the framerate, the game would be much smoother anyway.
Well, my graphic card used to crash a lot when I was still playing Sims, like the screen just kinda turn pitch black for a few seconds and turn back on with that "display driver time-out" pop-up.
I remember when I was playing the game without any adjustments and keeps bumping into the "Save error 12" because the game was using up too much memory or something,
I read a tutorial somewhere demonstrating how you can set the limit higher so maybe it could have contributed to my computer being burned out like that

I just realized TS4 was released over a year ago now since we're in September
I can't believe I've barely played it. It's so boring. I just started another game in TS3 though

Messs, I wish I had known this before frying my graphic card playing the game all this time
Thank you so much, at least I know what causes my graphic card to end up like this now
Anyway I don't think making another standalone game based on the Sims franchise is a good idea because the other attempts have been kind of forgotten now. Urbz, Castaway & Medieval. I don't know who's still playing them

Does anyone know about one big city world I could download for TS3? I've tried the 'Better Bridgeport' one which slays and some of the NYC ones but I'm searching for something grittier/darker/messier/trashier, like some sort of city full of crime (Populated too)
Has anyone found anything like that?

These are my main Sims. I have like 40 other town sims I created that I actually like but don't play as them.
(Well don't plan to any time soon)
Origin says I have 206 hours for the CAS Demo. I didn't think 100+ sims could rack that much.
In the actual game, I have 773 hours
I recently decided to start using CC not so long ago and wow. I'm limiting myself tho.
(I started at no more than 25 max. But I'm nearing 130. Gotta control myself) .
I still don't have any SP, GP & EP also. I'm waiting for those sales.
But I did managed to snatch a bundle pack (brand new) of the "Spa Day" & "Hot Tub" for $19. So I'm looking forward to that.
Scare Up Some Fun in The Sims 4 Spooky Stuff, Coming Soon. Your Sims are in for a scream
Transform your Sim’s home with ghoulishly fun decorations, including creepy paintings, spider webs, and all manner of tattered furniture. Want to temporarily (or… permanently) turn your Sim’s home into a creepy house of horrors? Go for it.
The Sims 4 Spooky Stuff includes two new gameplay objects: the mischievous Spooky Candy Bowl and a new Pumpkin Carving Station. Your Sims can make festive works of carved art, creating the jack-o-lantern of their dreams. And once they’re done, Ghost Sims can take a candle-lit pumpkin, put it on their head, and haunt up the night!
If you’re looking to throw a Spooky Party (a new type of party in The Sims 4 Spooky Stuff), you can do just that. Besides being able to decorate your Sim’s home with the new objects to set the eerie mood, there are also three new ghoulish recipes: an Eyeball Cheese Plate, Zombie Cake, and Spooky Cookies. You can even ask other Sims for party treats (though don’t be surprised if they play a trick on your Sim instead).
A variety of new costumes are also available to help make your party stand out, from Pirates and Ninjas to Super Llamas and Fairies, there are a bunch of great outfits for Sims young and old. Of course, these costumes aren’t restricted to use at Spooky Parties, either – if you want to dress your Sim like a Witch year-round, you can totally do that.
The Sims 4 Spooky Stuff releases worldwide on September 29 – are you excited to throw a party that everyone will be dying to attend?
