No one in this stan base is expecting any chart or sale smashing. All we hope for is a return of the passionate Gaga that actually cared about the quality of her work, performances, looks, etc.

ARTPOP sales were good, if we have an ARTPOP era minus the backlash that would definitely be a success.

If Justin got a #1, then anything's possible. Her songs have to be less reliant on the dance element (she can still make an electronic song, though) and the lyrics can't be about art either.

I will never get the over-dramatization with calling Born This Way a "drastic slip" or the beginning of some underperformance. It was a standard decline and the era is still one of the most successful eras this decade. The real decline happened with ARTPOP.

If ArtPop had been released in its place it would have been an even bigger success.

BTW was when people started to get sick of her. I remember at the BTWB London she went on for 10 minutes about how people were calling her a flop blah blah blah but it was OK because she was performing for 50k people. It was v front loaded and sold well based on her TFM reputation.

Outside of DWUW, GUY, Sandééé Dreams & Venus I don't listen to ARTS&CRAFTS any more. But Gaga/RedOne will deliver because they both have a real need to do so.

I don't think the new ablum will sell more than AP but more because of the decline of the market. If you place them on a level market playing field in a year or two the new ablum will prob have performed marginally better. But all depends on marketing strategy/relising while she's still hot on TV/in the media.

I don't mind Gaga getting Kylie Minogue status down the road. Kylie is still slaying me.

Smalller venues, cheaper tickets, more chances to get to know her on M&Gs, etc.
