No, she meant it was the first "uptempo" she had on the album.
She said the exact same thing before but in a clearer way when she was talking about the album long before we knew SOL existed, how at first all the songs they did were slow and mid tempo like GFY till Selena realised she needed more uptempo's and now we know SOL was the first "uptempo" she had on the album.
