I liked Billy. But you could tell that they were trying to disassociate him with the males because of his sexuality. I remember when I was a kid and I always wondered why he would hang out with the girls and not as much with the guys.
Years later, I found out he was gay.
I remember he and Kimberly switched roles, and he was flaming.
Rocky is the forgotten Red Ranger.
