Wow, where was this before? I've never seen it. I write songs since I was 16 and at 18 I started to write in English too (I'm chilean, so, I used to write only in Spanish). Now that I'm 21 I write only in English because it feels more comfortable.

Here's the last song I wrote, it's called "Green Eyes", if it had music, it would be a piano ballad.

Hi, I've wrote over 20 songs and basically I write over songs I like, following their melody and structure but the lyrical content/ theme is my own.
For example, I wrote over Halsey's Colors song here. It's about my friends BF who I can't stand.

Hurt You More Than You Think

I struggle writing about bad relationships/ break ups since I've only ever been with the same guy for almost 4 years now, so I kinda either make characters up or put myself in different situations. For example, here I thought about how I'd feel if he was dating another guy. Like if I couldn't have him, I wouldn't want anyone else too. This would be a ballad

I Hope You Go

Here's a party song I wrote, it's one of the first songs I wrote and one of my favourites, if a little cheesy at times I guess. I wrote it over Kesha's Pretty Lady song, although I changed the bridge melody to suit. It's basically about growing up and when you reach that final summer before you graduate university and everyone has to go into the "real world"

I just choose a line that stands out from the lyrics and that's the title. Sometimes I do come up with the name first though

I usually start with a title and the concept flows from there.

Strange Frequencies

I've been screwing around on FL studio and I've discovered my sound and that has refined the concept. The album is devided into five parts: The beginning (Out of the Light and Prayers and Proclamation), The dream (Parasomnia, Dreamcatcher, Landmine), the catalyst (Strange Frequencies), the flood (The Flood, Empty Planet, Anchor) and the testament (Testament, Saints and Sacrifice, Revelations). Each of them in a group don't necessarily sound sonically alike but each song in a group shares a theme or motif. It's also meant to mimic the bible. Do you get that from the tracklist?
