SFTB is nothing but a meme (I say this as a Drake fan).
Drake will be iconic and a symbol of hip-hop in 10s because of his success and longevity, but he won't have enough universal respect to be a rap legend. Many people view him as a joke. You won't see people making a joke out of someone like Eminem, 2pac or Biggie.
Kendrick Lamar will be a rap legend if he continues on his track, and will be the most respected/loved rapper of the 10s at this rate.
Super Bass may or may not end up being a classic, but it certainly has potential to. It's not totally outlandish to say it could be.
Usher is an icon but not a legend.
Miguel is just there, but I love some of his music. He's underrated. Coffee's one of my favorites this year.
