I think this is better honestly. I think it could work in Janet's favor. Before the album would flop before Janet ever got started on the tour. This way people get their tix and see a number of shows before hand and hear various tracks and it extends the life of the album.
We all just want the new music. i need new stuff to listen to at the gym quite frankly and I want Janet on my playlist. However, touring has always been a strength of hers so she should use it to her advantage rather than as an after thought.
