Nevertheless, her circumstances beg the question: is Brithey indeed eligible for a legitimate conservatorship? I mean, here we have a clearly competent individual who is held under legal measures which are meant for those who continuously act in such a way that they are an immediate danger to themselves, or the people around them...

Ugh, well I think I started to ramble, but,
TL;DR: the cship establishes an awful judicial precedent, as Britney shouldn't be eligible for such an extreme ruling. Idc if it "saved" her life, it's nevertheless unconstitutional.
If not for this whole ordeal - imo - we may never have asked what happened to "Primeney".

This actually makes a lot of sense tbh, if this is how it played out tho her team could have made it a lot easier on her (letting her have artistic control earlier, not scrapping the original FF, being upfront as to how long and why they still want the conservatorship to last).
The reality is tho when you suffer a mental illness you never truly "recover" and it's just as likely it relapsed on her so I guess we will never know. At least she finally seems to be in a happier place
