If the SB ends up happening it's such an amazing accomplishment tbh, besides the fact she has been around for almost 20 years to think what she's been through it's amazing she literally has climbed her way to the top again. The quality of her shows lately alone

Tinfoil theory:
She was vehemently against the cship from the start.
I think she expected it to dissolve in 2010, after the Circus era and the corollary World tour... You know, the one that grossed 130M dollars? When it was further enforced however, I think she kind of broke. I mean, a conservatorship literally strips you of your basic human rights. Idk any 26 year old that would be cooperative as to the government taking away their freedom. Sorry, but bipolar disorder shouldn't be within the jurisdiction of our judicial system.
In any event, it seems she came around in 2013, when it was made clear that her situation would indeed be permanent; given the fact that her brand had seen unprecedented financial profit since the enactment of said conservatorship.
Furthermore, at this point she's allowed primary custody of her kids, she has legal immunity, and it seems like she may finally have a hold of career... artistically speaking. Everything looks to have finally fallen into place.
Nevertheless, her circumstances beg the question: is Brithey indeed eligible for a legitimate conservatorship? I mean, here we have a clearly competent individual who is held under legal measures which are meant for those who continuously act in such a way that they are an immediate danger to themselves, or the people around them...
Does that sound like Britney, circa 2009+?
Idts.
However, I guess when you rake in 30M at minimum per year, the judicial system is willing to turn a cheek...
Smh.
Ugh, well I think I started to ramble, but,
TL;DR: the cship establishes an awful judicial precedent, as Britney shouldn't be eligible for such an extreme ruling. Idc if it "saved" her life, it's nevertheless unconstitutional.
If not for this whole ordeal - imo - we may never have asked what happened to "Primeney".
