General Info

- The shooter's name is Vester Lee Flanagan; though, his on-air name was Bryce Williams. He was black. He worked at WDBJ and had complained about discrimination there and sued a past station for it. Reports described him as "disgruntled." After shooting Alison and Adam, he shot and critically wounded himself when police apprehended him on the highway. He uploaded videos from his vantage point of the shooting to Twitter, where they were taken down but reposted on YouTube. Some reports are saying he faxed a 23-page document to ABC News early this morning before the shooting.
