Phoebe. I hated that ginger hair on Paige. Piper had great hair too but she never experimented stylistically but Phoebe has rocked everything from pixie cut to blonde even the ginger do that Paige couldn't pull off

YESS! the LOUD hair was one of the best things about that season, I feel like it helped Paige create her own identity as well.

YES! Alyssa really can make anything work. She and maybe Halle berry are 2 of the only women who still look just as hot when they are almost bald
