My Spotify scrobbles are working but my iTunes only scrobbles at selected times

Going from up to 19 pages of similar artists to 10 artists is a disaster to me

Although I guess they'll fix the important issues first and start considering changing the bad elements of the layout later. I can't see them admitting the layout sucks just days after it went live

You guys have to uninstall the scrobbler player then readd it and it'll work. But if you have any plays that are still cached atm (phone or computer) you're gonna have to add them manually for the time being which you can do here:

Just sign in to your last.fm & click scrobble manually.

Someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!

I've been listening music from iTunes on my Mac all this week, and none of those songs have been scrobbled. The only scrobbles that I have are from my listenings on my iPhone. Apparently, on my Last.fm Scrobbler, they are scrobbled, but they don't appear on my charts. What's happening and how can I fix it? Is there a solution? Also, I was using QuietScrob, since I had problems scrobbling from my iPhone since Apple Music was launched, but now, it seems like it's not working anymore and it scrobbles from my Last.fm scrobbler as usual... everything is so weird. I've been using this since 2006, so I hope it all goes fine soon. I don't want to miss all those scrobbles of this week.

You have to uninstall scrobbler then redownload it. But you can't save the cached plays, you have to add them manually.

I tried the uninstalling then redownloading but it only worked for a few hours then it went back to caching everything

I'm just gonna leave it as until they fix it or something

ddd; I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the scrobbler and it didn't work for me. I'm this close to just giving up on this website....

Sorry for my ignorance and my bad english, but how do I uninstall it? And I was looking on the site for the scrobbler to download, and it doesn't work... Is there a way to get a list of all the cached songs easily... I have hundreds of them missing.

I ain't got ****in time for that. I'm still hoping 1 day all my cached plays will be scrobbled

No it's fine sis

And in your control panel on your computer there should be an option to uninstall.

And did you try this link?: http://www.last.fm/download

And since you already have the scrobbler downloaded, just click it and it'll show all your plays that have been cached & you can scroll. But I'm not sure if you can't find them all.
